Policy pair for crossing a 25 mm square-edged step using the head as a temporary brake, then recovering upright; weights on the Hub. Sim-only.
Project Overview
An open, simulation-validated policy pair for a Microduck to cross a 25 mm square-edged step, use its head as a temporary brake/support, recover upright, and stop on the upper platform.
[!WARNING] This is a simulation-validated, hardware-unvalidated research release. It has not yet run on a physical Microduck. Use a support rig, safety tether, soft floor, conservative gains, and an emergency stop for first deployment.
The complete reference rollout is in media/simulation reference.mp4 .
